Summer Cooking

Owen, George and I had an Asian food afternoon. We each prepared an Asian dish we love. George made Korean beef also known as bulgogi, Owen learned how to make California rolls (sushi) and I made Singapore noodles in lettuce wraps. It was really fun to watch the boys learn how to handle the knives and ingredients. They learned the difference between a clove of garlic and a bulb of garlic, which is very important! The food turned out delicious. Even Rick and Bop loved the sushi.

The table look beautiful.
